Dear Friends,
It's been a quick start to the New Year for us. Since about the second week in January, Katherine has been having pain in her lower back. She was not sleeping well and we thought it was a kidney stone. After seeing the doctor and having some scans and blood work done, they determined she had a kidney infection. Consequently, she pulled her back and neck and could not move for several days, which really doubled the pain. Since seeing the chiropractor, she is doing better and is on some antibiotics for the initial offense. Jacob, our 16 year old, broke his pinky finger in November and had a surgery to fix it on his left hand. Unfortunately, it didn't take and he will have another more evasive procedure done on February 1, 2012.
